Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use Deberli, what you are responsible for, and what we are responsible for. By creating an account you agree to them. Two sections deserve your attention before you start: what you owe the people you contact, and the risk of automating a platform you do not own.
The service
Deberli finds prospects, drafts outreach, schedules it across your connected accounts, and collects the replies in one inbox.
We provide tools. You choose the audience, you approve the messages, and the outreach goes out under your name and from your accounts.
The service is provided by ABDELLAH EL YOUNSI, 10 rue des Morillons, 75015 Paris, France.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
One account is for one organisation. Do not resell access or run outreach on behalf of third parties without a Custom plan.
Trial, plans and billing
New accounts start with a 7 day trial. A payment method is required to begin it.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the card is charged. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged.
Pro is €99 per month, or €950 per year paid annually. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
The Pro plan includes up to 400 prospects contacted and up to 1,760 messages sent per calendar month. Additional volume and additional sending accounts are available on a Custom plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid.
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days notice.
What you are responsible for
You decide who is contacted. For that outreach you are the data controller, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people.
You must comply with the law that applies to you and to the people you contact, including the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules in Europe, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and equivalent rules elsewhere.
You must honour opt-out and erasure requests promptly, and you must not contact anyone who has asked you to stop.
You are responsible for the content of your messages, including anything drafted with AI assistance that you approve before it is sent.
Automating platforms you do not own
Sending LinkedIn invitations and messages through automation is contrary to LinkedIn's User Agreement. LinkedIn may restrict or permanently close accounts it believes are automated.
Deberli reduces that risk deliberately: sends are paced across working hours at uneven intervals, daily limits start low and ramp up, and each connected account has its own caps. Those measures reduce risk. They do not eliminate it.
You accept that risk when you connect an account. We are not liable for any restriction, suspension, or loss of a LinkedIn, email, or other third party account arising from your use of the service.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited outreach.
No contacting people who have opted out, and no importing lists you have no right to use.
No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service, and no attempt to reach another customer's data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules or creates legal risk for us or for others, without refund.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of everything you provide: your prospect lists, your message copy, your replies.
You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to run the service for you.
Deberli's software, branding, and documentation remain ours. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to you.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Prospect data comes from third party providers. We do not warrant that every record is accurate or current, and we do not guarantee replies, meetings, or revenue.
AI generated drafts may contain errors. You are expected to read them before approving.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost data.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate for breach, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where possible and a pro rata refund if we stop the service mid-period.
On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy. Export anything you need first.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of France. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
