Email inboxes

You can connect as many inboxes as you like at no extra cost. Each one sends up to 20 emails a day.

Connect an inbox

Settings > Sending accounts > Connect an inbox

  • Continue with Google for Gmail and Google Workspace.
  • Continue with Microsoft for Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365, when the button is shown.
  • Connect with IMAP for anything else.

You only see this when Channels is set to LinkedIn + Email.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC

These records prove your domain allows the email. Sending waits until all three checks pass. If one fails, fix the record with whoever runs your domain, and then click Re-check.

With Google, tick every permission on the consent screen. If you leave one unticked, the connection fails.

Under each LinkedIn account in Settings, pick the inboxes its leads are emailed from. A lead stays on the inbox they were first emailed from, and inboxes linked to no account serve accounts with nothing linked.
