Credits and prices
Credits pay for extras such as finding emails. The whole workspace shares one balance.
Where credits come from
- The trial includes 100.
- A paid plan adds 100 every month, on the day it was first paid. Unused credits carry over.
- Packs from 500 (€23.38) to 20,000 (€626.27). They're one-time and never expire.

Your balance
Billing > Credits
It also shows at the bottom of the left rail. Credit usage lists every credit in and out.
Buy more
Buy credits buys a pack. Automatic top-up buys a chosen pack with your card on file when the balance drops below a minimum. Only the owner can set that up.
