The Fit column in Leads shows how well a person matches your targeting, with bars, a percentage and a label.

Label	Reads as
Excellent	The closest match.
Strong	A very good match.
Match	A good match.
Maybe	Worth a look before you contact them.
Not a fit	Doesn't match your profile.

If good people score low, your Targeting may be too narrow or describe the wrong role.
