Gojiberry alternative: the 3 complaints about signal tools, and our numbers
People who leave Gojiberry tend to give the same three reasons: it's slow, it messages their competitors, and they got no results. Deberli fixed the second and third and is still working on speed. Here are our numbers from the last 60 days, and when Deberli is the wrong pick.

The three complaints
Threads about Gojiberry on Reddit and in Facebook groups keep coming back to the same three points. They are paraphrased here, as themes rather than one person's words.
- It's slow. Leads come in a few at a time.
- It messages my competitors.
- I got no results.
We don't know how Gojiberry works inside and don't claim to. We ran into the same three problems while building Deberli, and most of the cause is LinkedIn itself, whoever builds the tool.
Competitors in your list: fixed
The people who comment on posts about a problem are often the people who sell the fix. Look for buyers among the comments on a post about booking meetings and you mostly find agencies, consultants and other tools, because commenting is how they market. A like also comes with no company and no city, so people from the wrong country slip in too.
Deberli changed what counts as a signal, and every lead is checked before you see it. We labelled 2,167 leads by hand as right or wrong fit and test every change against them. The results:
- Wrong-fit leads went from 80 in every 1,000 found to 9.
- Delivered leads passing a strict fit check went from 42% to 84%.
- A hand check of one customer's daily list this week: 25 of 28 leads fit.
No results: fixed
Most of "no results" comes from the first complaint. If half your list sells what you sell, no message will save it. With lists of people who can actually buy, the same outreach starts working. Here is the full funnel for our lead generation campaigns over the last 60 days:
- 620 people invited on LinkedIn.
- 249 accepted, which is 40%. People say yes when the first message is about something they actually did, like a job they posted or a problem they wrote about.
- 52 replied, 21% of the people who accepted.
- 13 replies were positive, a quarter of all replies.
- 3 people were ready to buy.
Slow: still working on it
A LinkedIn account can send about 100 connection requests a week before LinkedIn starts refusing them, and searching for people counts against the same account. Push too hard and the account gets restricted, so every tool in this category has to pace itself. Deberli changed where leads come from, and our best day this month was 59 approved leads on a single account. Most weekdays land between 10 and 40. The target is 30 a day on every account.
What you get with Deberli
Deberli finds people from buying signals, checks each one against a sentence describing who you sell to, writes a message about the signal that found them and sends it from your own LinkedIn account at a safe pace. You approve the list and every message before anything goes out, and replies come into one inbox.
There is one plan: EUR 99 a month, or EUR 79 a month billed annually, after a 7 day free trial. There are no credits, and it contacts up to 400 people a month.
When Deberli is the wrong pick
If you need a signal feed for your own stack, like a Clay table, pick a tool with an API. Deberli does not have one today. If you want thousands of people contacted a month, no tool that sends from one LinkedIn account can do that safely. Deberli is a good fit if you sell a service to small and mid sized companies and want a short list of people who can buy, contacted for you.
Questions
What is a good Gojiberry alternative?
If your problem with Gojiberry was competitors in your list or no replies, Deberli checks every lead against who you sell to before it is contacted. Over the last 60 days, 40% of the people it invited accepted. It costs EUR 99 a month with a 7 day free trial.
Does Deberli message my competitors?
It tries hard not to. Every lead is checked for whether the person sells what you sell before you see it. On our hand-labelled test set, wrong-fit leads dropped from 80 per 1,000 to 9.
How fast does Deberli find leads?
Most weekdays bring between 10 and 40 approved leads per LinkedIn account, and the best day this month was 59. LinkedIn limits how fast any account can search and send, so speed is the part we are still improving.
Is Deberli affiliated with Gojiberry?
No. Deberli is a separate company. The complaints on this page are paraphrased from public threads, and the numbers are Deberli's own.
Deberli numbers on this page come from our own data, measured on 26 September 2026. Gojiberry is a trademark of its owner. Deberli is not affiliated with Gojiberry.
