Trigify alternative after the 22 October 2026 shutdown
Trigify accounts close at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 and nothing moves to HubSpot. Export your data first, then rebuild the signals that were bringing you leads. Deberli covers most of them and also writes and sends the messages, for EUR 99 a month with no credits.

What is happening to Trigify
On 23 September 2026 Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is winding down. For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Customers on other contract terms get their own date from Trigify directly.
- Your data is not transferred to HubSpot. It is retained or deleted under Trigify's own obligations.
- Integrations and API access stop when your account closes, so anything that pushes Trigify signals into Clay, HubSpot, HeyReach or a spreadsheet stops the same day.
- Subscriptions do not renew past the end date. Refunds and credits are handled account by account.
Trigify's own advice is to export what you need with its existing export tools before the deadline, and to review every workflow that depends on it.
What to do before 22 October
- Export your lists and signal history as CSV. After the deadline there is no way back to it.
- Write down every listening search you run: the competitor pages, the keywords, the job titles and the companies you track. This is the part that took you time to tune, and it is what you rebuild elsewhere.
- List the workflows that read from Trigify, such as a Clay table, a HubSpot sync or a HeyReach campaign, so none of them fails silently on 23 October.
- Pick the replacement while Trigify still works, so you can compare the leads side by side for a week instead of starting blind.
Your Trigify signals in Deberli
Deberli finds people from the same kind of moments Trigify tracked, checks each one against a one sentence description of who you sell to, writes a message from the signal that surfaced them, and sends it from your own LinkedIn account at a safe pace. Here is how the usual Trigify setups map across.
- People engaging with a competitor's posts: yes, as the signal "engaged with a competitor's post".
- People engaging with your own or your team's posts: yes, as "engaged with your own posts".
- Keyword listening for buying intent: yes, as intent posts. Deberli looks for people asking for recommendations, complaining about the problem you solve, or hiring for it.
- Funding and growth news: yes, as "raised a round" and "announced growth", with the right titles at that company found for you.
- Job changes: not yet. Recently changed jobs is built but not switched on.
- Company follows and profile visitors: not yet. Both are on the way but not live.
What changes when you switch
Trigify was a signal layer. It found the people and handed them to another tool to contact, which is why so many setups ran Trigify into Clay and then into a sender. Deberli does the whole chain in one place: the signal, the check against your ideal customer, the message and the sending. You approve the list and every message before anything goes out, and replies land in one inbox.
Pricing is one plan: EUR 99 a month, or EUR 79 a month billed annually, after a 7 day free trial. There are no credits, so a busy week does not cost more than a quiet one.
When Deberli is the wrong replacement
Be honest with yourself about what you used Trigify for. If it fed signals into a stack you have already built, such as a Clay table with enrichment and scoring, you need another signal source with an API, and Deberli is not that today. If you relied on job change alerts, wait until that signal is live or use a tool built around it. Deberli fits best when you want the leads found, written to and followed up without wiring five tools together, and when you sell a service to small and mid sized companies.
