AI-written messages

A step can send your words as they are, or a new message written for each lead from your instructions.

Two ways to write a step

• My message is sent word for word, with the placeholders filled in.
• My prompt writes a new message for each lead from your prompt. It's in beta.

Each message written from a prompt uses credits. Deberli shows you the cost when you switch a step to My prompt. See Credits and prices.

Change the writing model

Under Settings, the AI writing section sets which model writes prompt steps in every campaign of the workspace. Each lead's message is written once, and if you switch models, messages that haven't been sent yet are written again.

The prompt editor follows the language of your prompt, in English, Spanish or French. The rest of the app stays in English.
