Read your sequence
Deberli drafts a sequence for your campaign from your brief. It starts with a LinkedIn invitation and then splits into two paths.
The two paths
The invitation goes out with no note. What happens next depends on the answer to Did they accept?.
| If they... | They get | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Accept | Intro message | Right away |
| Follow-up | 48 hours later | |
| Final message | 72 hours after that | |
| Don't accept after 1 business day | Email 1 | Right away |
| Email follow-up, in the same thread | 42 hours later |
A reply stops the sequence for that person, on either path. On a LinkedIn only workspace, the email path isn't used.
The words
Most of each message is fixed, and one sentence about your offer is drafted from your brief. Here's the intro message:
Hi {{first_name}}, thanks for connecting.
{{signal}}
At Your Company we help agencies get more clients.
Do you have 10 minutes for a call this week? I can show you how it would work for {{company}}.
The parts in double braces are placeholders, and Deberli fills them in for each person. {{signal}} becomes one sentence about what that lead did, and it stands on its own line so the message still reads well for a lead without one.
Read the offer sentence closely. It's the one line written for you, so make sure it says what you really do.
Change it if you want
Click into any step in the wizard to edit it. The side card shows how many touchpoints a lead gets and how long the sequence runs. You can keep editing after launch too, in the Sequence tab. See Sequences.
The preview shows your first lead's real message, with the placeholders filled in.
Recap
- The invitation has no note. Then people who accept get messages, and people who don't get emails.
- A reply stops everything for that person.
- Check the offer sentence before you launch.
