Your first week
Your campaign is live. It now finds leads on its own at any hour and sends during business hours, and here's where to look while it does.
Where to look
| Tab | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Overview | Results, activity, replies waiting and what's up next. |
| Leads | Everyone in the campaign, and where each person is. |
| Schedule | What will be sent this week, and when. |
| Inbox | Replies from LinkedIn and email, all together. |
Answer replies quickly
When someone replies, their sequence stops and the conversation waits for you in the Inbox. Each one has a label (Interested, Question, Neutral or Not interested), and you answer from the box at the bottom.
Get an email when someone replies: Turn on reply alerts.
What's normal
- Sending only happens on weekdays, and it's spread across the day, so don't expect a burst.
- Emails only start for people who haven't accepted after a business day, so the email path begins later than the invitations.
- New leads keep arriving on any day while Lead sourcing agent is on.
If nothing has gone out after a business day, work through Why isn't anything sending?.
Overview shows your reply rate in the Campaign health card. Invitations with no note don't count as messaged, so the rate only moves once messages go out.
Where to next
That's the end of the tutorial. These pages go further:
- Signals: Tune what makes a lead worth a message.
- Sequences: Edit messages, add steps and write variations.
- A/B tests: Compare two versions on real leads.
- Sending limits: How much goes out, and when.
Recap
- Overview for results, Inbox for replies.
- Answer replies yourself, because a reply stops the sequence.
- Give it a few days: sending is paced on purpose.
